Heart Print Management project-manage the creation of the catalogue including the design of it, setting the artwork, proofing from our digital presses, choosing the printer. We also handle the photography, clipping paths for the images, and the covers and partners’ insert printing and take responsibility for it being delivered on time at the desired quality and within budget.

Rosebery’s is a leading fine art auction house. It uses Heart Print Management to produce eight 68-page catalogues each year. Each has 400 separate black and white pictures and a full-colour cover. The whole process from receipt of the copy and the pictures to despatch to Rosebery’s vendor and client base takes just three working days.
That is not the whole story, either. Each quarter, Rosebery’s employs Heart Print Management to produce a quarterly catalogue of 160 pages and incorporating 800 colour pictures. This takes a little longer than the regular catalogues but the team still turns around the whole job in just six working days. Hotbed is a financial services company that offers investments to its members in the form of a 12-page document known as a Blueprint. It sends the Blueprints to Heart Print Management in PDF format, along with mailing lists of recipients. Heart Pring Management then prints the Blueprints digitally in-house and dispatches them direct to Hotbed’s members (currently around 700). Heart Print Management actively manages the database Hotbed supplies to achieve the mailing fulfillment.

YogaBugs is a franchise business that teaches yoga to children from two-and-a-half to seven and eight to 12 in schools, nurseries and health clubs. YogaBugs uses Heart Print Management to supply all of its franchises with stationery and other literature that maintains the integrity of its corporate style and identity. New franchisees, for example, can use the Print4U portal to order their own additional printed materials as their own businesses expands.
